Welcome To The Gulshan-E-Iqbal CGHS Ltd.

• The Gulshan-e-Iqbal CGHS Ltd  was registered with the Office of the Registrar, Cooperative Societies:Delhi on 27th December, 1983 under the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 1972. 
• The land/plot measuring 7999.41 sq. meter was allotted by the Delhi Development Authority to the Society in the year 2004.
• It has 5 towers/block and 135 flats of 4 categories.
• The draw of lots was held on 30th May, 2012 by Delhi Development Authority(DDA) and after that the the allotment letters were issued to the members and possession of flats were given to them.
• The General Body in its meeting held on 7th April, 2013 approved the name of the Apartment as “Palm Court Apartments”.
• The Society Complex is appropriately located at the ‘T’ junction of Sector 19B. The prominent landmark is OPG World School. Society is facing the upcoming DDA-Golf Course.
